This university project was designed from start to finish by ELD Poland studio. The building accomplishes its task of hosting various multifaceted functions – educational, laboratory and office. The complex is located at the former bed of Warta River, in close proximity to the riverside green areas.

The 0,2 ha plot of land is located near other educational facilities and partially occupies the old riverbed area. The bright, glass-enclosed, modern patio was designed to provide a natural transition between the new building and the older infrastructure, creating a new hub point for the Institute. The newly constructed building includes 5,000m² of birch and laboratory space, new lecture halls, as well as underground parking designed to allow for possible future expansion of the Institute.
