Marina Royale

<p>Marina Royale is a complex of high-standard apartment buildings in Darłówko Zachodnie, located along the planned seaside promenade right at the entrance to the Darłowo port. Ultimately, the development will consist of three buildings — the first one has already been completed and is in use, the second is in an advanced construction stage, and the third is currently being designed. In addition to apartments, the buildings will include restaurant spaces, swimming pools, conference areas, and other amenities.</p> <p>The concept and architectural construction design for the entire investment were created by Arcas Bałtyk. ELD Poland was commissioned to develop the structural design and all technical installations for all design stages, as well as the tender and executive architectural design for the second and third buildings of the complex. For building no. 2, ELD also prepared the conceptual and executive interior design of common areas and the spa, fitness, and kids’ play zones.</p> <p>The building and executive designs were developed in a 3D environment using BIM software — all disciplines were modeled in Revit; the structural reinforcement design was prepared in Allplan, and the mechanical ventilation systems were designed in Ventpack. This approach enabled inter-industry spatial coordination within the building and provided building data for tender documentation.</p>
