Residential Complex

The conceptual design of the residential complex in Kleszczewo envisions a modern ensemble of multi-family buildings of varying heights. The layout forms intimate, semi-open courtyards filled with greenery and communal areas for residents.

The project emphasizes a balance between functionality and architectural aesthetics. The subdued façade colors, use of natural materials, and large glazing highlight the contemporary yet welcoming character of the development. Surrounding the buildings are landscaped green areas, parking spaces, and pedestrian-friendly access routes connecting all parts of the complex.
