Portowo Estate

Portowo Estate is a modern residential development in the Starołęka district of Poznań, located along the Warta River. The complex spans approximately 19 ha and will eventually include around 1,800 apartments of varied sizes, together with supporting service and recreational infrastructure.

The project involves transforming a post-industrial port area into a green residential neighborhood, with large areas dedicated to walking and leisure along the riverside. This development aligns with the city’s strategy for revitalisation and increasing access to urban waterfront areas.
