This aparthotel in the center of Poznań represents a new generation of hotel facilities, where the boundary between temporary stay and permanent residence becomes blurred. The concept combines hotel flexibility with the intimacy of private accommodation.

The building's architecture reflects the dual nature of the function - the facade communicates both the public character of the facility and the privacy of residential spaces. The use of natural light and thoughtful proportions create a friendly environment for long-term stays.

The project was created in response to growing demand for alternative accommodation forms in a dynamically developing city.
