Master Plan of the Residential Estate in Darłowo

The urban design project for a residential estate in Darłowo developed by ELD Poland covers an investment area of approximately 49,000 - 55,000 m². The concept envisions a seaside multi-family housing development that integrates modern architecture with the setting of Darłówko West.

The master plan aims to create a coherent urban structure combining residential, recreational and service functions — the design takes into account both the coastal context and a planned promenade along the seashore.
