Marina Royale

Marina Royale is a high-standard apartment building complex in Darłówko Zachodnie, located along the planned promenade right by the sea shore, at the entrance to Darłowo port. It will ultimately consist of three buildings, of which the first and second have already been completed and are in use, while the third is in the implementation phase. In addition to apartments, the buildings will include restaurants, pools and spa facilities, as well as other services.

The concept and architectural construction project for the entire investment was designed by Arcas Bałtyk. ELD Poland developed multi-disciplinary technical projects and executive projects for the second and third phases. We are also the authors of interior projects for both buildings, including apartment and common area projects, spa, fitness and kid's play zones, from concept to executive phase.

The construction and executive projects were created in a 3D environment, including BIM software: all disciplines were modeled in Revit; the reinforcement project for structural elements was created in Allplan, and mechanical ventilation installations in Ventpack. This approach enabled spatial interdisciplinary coordination in the building, and also allowed obtaining object data for tender documentation.
