Marina Royale | common areas

Marina Royale is a high-standard apartment building complex in Darłówko Zachodnie, located along the planned promenade directly on the seashore, at the entrance to the Darłowo port. The complex will ultimately consist of three buildings, of which the first and second have already been completed and are in use, while the third is under construction. In addition to apartments, the buildings will include restaurants, pools, spa and other services.

The author of the concept and architectural design for the entire investment is Arcas Bałtyk. ELD Poland developed multi-trade technical projects and executive projects for the second and third stages. We are also the authors of interior designs for both buildings, including apartment and common area designs, spa, fitness and kids play zones, from concept to executive phase.

The construction and executive projects were created in a 3D environment, including BIM software: all trades were modeled in Revit; reinforcement design for structural elements was created in Allplan, and mechanical ventilation installations in Ventpack. This approach enabled spatial inter-trade coordination in the building and also provided building data for tender documentation.
