Marina Royale

Marina Royale is a complex of high-standard apartment buildings located in Darłówko West, along the planned seaside promenade at the very edge of the sea, near the entrance to the Darłowo port. Ultimately, the development will consist of three buildings — the first and second have already been completed and are in use, while the third is currently under construction. In addition to apartments, the buildings include restaurant spaces, pools, spa areas, and other service facilities.

The architectural concept and construction design for the entire development were created by Arcas Bałtyk. ELD Poland prepared the multidisciplinary technical and detailed designs for the second and third stages. We also developed interior design projects for both buildings — including apartments, common areas, spa, fitness, and kids’ play zones — from concept to execution.

The construction and detailed designs were developed in a 3D environment using BIM software: all disciplines were modeled in Revit; the reinforcement design was developed in Allplan, and the mechanical ventilation systems in Ventpack. This approach ensured spatial coordination between disciplines and provided accurate building data for tender documentation.
