Marina Royale is a complex of high-standard apartment buildings in Darłówko Zachodnie, located along a planned promenade walkway on the very seashore, at the entrance to Darłowo harbor. It will eventually consist of three buildings, the first of which has already been completed and is in use, the second is at an advanced stage of construction, and the third is being designed. In addition to apartments, the buildings are planned to include dining facilities, swimming pools, a conference area and other services.

Arcas Baltic is the author of the concept and architectural building permit design for the entire Project. ELD Poland was entrusted with the development of the structure and all technical installations at all design stages, as well as the tender and detailed architectural design, for the second and third buildings within the premise. For Building 2, ELD also developed the conceptual and detailed design of interiors of the common areas, Spa, fitness and kid’s play.

The building permit and detail designs were created in a 3D environment, including BIM software. All disciplines were modeled in Revit; the reinforcement design of structural elements was created in Allplan, and the mechanical ventilation systems were designed in Ventpack. This approach allowed for inter-building spatial coordination in the building, as well as obtaining building data for the tender documents.
