Marina Royale | Courtyard

Marina Royale is a high-standard apartment complex in Western Darłówko, located along a planned seaside promenade at the very edge of the sea, right at the entrance to the port of Darłowo. Ultimately, it will consist of three buildings: the first has already been completed and is in use, the second is in an advanced stage of construction, and the third is in the design phase. In addition to apartments, the buildings will feature dining establishments, swimming pools, a conference area, and other services.

The concept and architectural construction design for the entire investment were developed by Arcas Bałtyk. Marina Royale is a high-standard apartment complex in Western Darłówko, located along a planned seaside promenade at the very edge of the sea, right at the entrance to the port of Darłowo. Ultimately, it will consist of three buildings: the first and second have already been completed and are in use, while the third is currently under construction. In addition to apartments, the buildings will include dining facilities, pools, a spa, and other services.

The concept and architectural construction design for the entire investment were created by Arcas Bałtyk. ELD Poland developed the multi-discipline technical and detailed design documentation for the second and third phases. We also authored the interior designs for both buildings, including apartments and common areas, spa, fitness, and kids' play zones – from concept to execution phase.

Construction and detailed designs were developed in a 3D environment using BIM software: all disciplines were modeled in Revit; structural reinforcement design was done in Allplan, and mechanical ventilation systems in Ventpack. This approach enabled interdisciplinary spatial coordination within the building and provided object data for tender documentation.
