Residential Complex

The conceptual design of the residential complex in Gorzów Wielkopolski envisions a high-standard development located directly along a water canal. The architecture features clean, horizontal lines with extensive glazing and panoramic views of the water.

The central element of the design is a waterfront promenade with recreational areas, cafés, and a marina for small boats. The project combines contemporary architecture with the idea of a resident-friendly, open urban space. The buildings are positioned to make the most of the natural surroundings while maintaining privacy for the residents.
